Please be aware, that there have been recent online instances of fake phone numbers, identifing themselves as water utility payment lines. All of our customer service employees are local, and can only be reached on phone numbers from this website. DO NOT attempt to make a payment to West Wilson Utility District throught other phone numbers.
If you have any questions whatsoever about your water service or West Wilson Utility District, please call us at 615-758-5682 or after hours at 615-758-2840. Never make a payment or give out your personal information unless you are positive of who you are speaking to.
