Payment Options

The West Wilson Utility District offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Bill Payment

If paying your bill online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button. Have your account number handy and follow the prompts. All payments made by credit card are assessed a 3.45% convenience fee.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment By Phone

You can securely make credit card payments by phone by calling 877-201-3741 24 hours a day.  You will need your water account number as well as your credit card information.  You will need to enter all digits of your account number with no decimals or spaces.

Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account on the due date of your water bill each month. You will still receive your monthly billing statement, which will be marked "Bank Draft do not remit", so that you know the amount that will be drafting from your account.  If you have questions about this service, please call our office.  There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment.

To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form located below and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.

If you are currently enrolled and would like to discontinue bank draft, you can print the suspension form below.  Please complete the form and bring it to our office to discontinue.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders, and have a night deposit for after-hour payments. Additionally, customers can use credit cards at our walk-in windows. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

Your water bill is based upon your water usage for approximately 30 days. The rates we use to determine the amount of your bill are posted on this website under “Our Rates.

Your due date is the same every month and is always shown on your water bill. Failure to receive your bill does not release you from payment obligation. If your payment is not received in our office by your due date for any reason, a 12.5% penalty will be added to the account; this is the difference between the net and gross bill.

However, if you have not had a penalty or been pulled for nonpayment in the past two years, upon request by you, as a courtesy we will remove the penalty. If this is done, you will not be eligible for another penalty to be removed for two more years.
